The TAU - SPO is thrilled to announce the upcoming University Career Fair on 3 June 2025 at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM GMT+8 and invites ALL TAU graduands and alumni, regardless of gender, civil status, religion, disability, ethnicity or political affiliation.

Government agencies such as Social Security System (SSS), Pag Ibig Fund, PhilHealth, Red Cross, and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) will also be present to assist the aspiring job seekers in their registration processes.

Applicants are also advised to stay until the end of the activity to get a chance to win exciting raffle prizes from sponsors and participating companies. Also, don’t forget to wear appropriate attire and bring a resume.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | In cooperation with the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Administration, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) holds a pivotal orientation for Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) faculty and staff at the Agri-Tourism Hostel Function Hall, 29 May. 

Session 1 provides comprehensive guidance on planning for life after government service, detailing pension computations, retirement options, and essential claim procedures while Session 2 explores the full spectrum of GSIS offerings beyond retirement, including loans, insurance, and emergency assistance. Said session also clearly outlines members' obligations alongside their entitlements, empowering TAU employees to make informed decisions for a secure financial future.

The Postgraduate Programs of Universitas Pancasakti Tegal is inviting one (1) faculty member from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) to serve as one of the speakers at the upcoming Online International Seminar on 13 June.

This seminar will focus on the theme “Ethics and AI Trends in Future Education Transformation.”

The speaker should have expertise and contributions in the field of artificial intelligence, ethics, and educational innovation. Each speaker in the seminar will be given approximately 30 minutes for presentation, followed by a short Q&A session.

For the second time, the Passage to ASEAN Secretariat is opening its doors to students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) to participate in the second season of the 2025 Hybrid Mobility by Discipline program on 13 June – 1 August 2025.

For this year’s event, the discipline will focus more on Hospitality–Tourism, and Health Sciences, with the theme “Supercharging ASEAN tourist experiences with AI-powered well-being solutions.”

Students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) are invited to join the Passage to ASEAN (P2A): Global Sustainable Mobility 2025 centered on the theme “Sustainable Ecotourism for a better future (SEFuture),” a short-term program organized by P2A and the Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) from 4-10 August 2025 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.  

During their seven-day stay in Indonesia, participants will witness the country’s rich culture and heritage, explore its sustainable ecotourism, taste culinary dishes as well as visit tourism villages in Yogyakarta.

Dr. Krestel Joy V. Isla, a faculty member of the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM), served as a guest lecturer on the topic Ethnoveterinary Medicine and Toxicology to undergraduate veterinary students at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) on 28 May.

The lecture, conducted via Zoom, was part of the Veterinary Pharmacotherapy and Toxicology course under UGM’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Isla, who specializes in herbal toxicology, shared her expertise in the integration of traditional medicinal practices in veterinary pharmacology.

An initiative spearheaded by the Student Placement Office (SPO) and Alumni Relations Office (ARO), said Job Fair convenes recruiters from several companies to engage with attendees through on-site interviews and screenings to evaluate potential candidates. The Philippine Red Cross and government agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG Fund, and PhilHealth also assist the job seekers in the registration process.
