The College of Engineering and Technology (CET) along with the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) join the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), while the College of Education (CEd) gathers at the Laboratory School (LS) grounds. Also, the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) demonstrates its respect to the national flag during its ceremony on CAF premises.

Salunson, along with TAU officials, visits Brgy. Salaza, Palauig, Zambales, for the signing of Memorandum of the Agreement (MOA), 18 March.

With the assistance of Mr. Raffy A. Santos, Department Chairperson of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and Dr. Amy Lizbeth J. Rico, General Manager of SMART Agriculture Center, Dr. Salunson attends the ceremony to discuss the collaboration of both parties geared towards the development of research and academic opportunities and establishment of agricultural advancement opportunities with Zennor Hydroponics Farm.

Zennor Hydroponics Farm began its journey under the ownership of former journalist Mr. Rafael L. Pagaling, who initially experimented with planting in scrap materials like used containers, tires, and other reusable items. Before becoming a designated learning site for agriculture, the farm transitioned to hydroponics farming through Mr. Pagalingโ€™s dedicated research. Today, it has been awarded by the Philippine Good Agricultural Practices Program (PHILGAP) for being the first accredited hydroponics farm in the Philippines, recognized by the Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI), and supported for its innovative farming techniques.

UNIVERSITY BULLETIN | Admission and Registration Services (ARS)

The TAU - ARS informs ALL college applicants who have already created an account in the Online Admission System but have not yet completed the uploading of documentary requirements due to technical concerns to visit TAU - Library Conference Room on 24-26 March from 8:00 - 5:00 PM GMT+8.ย 

To complete the submission of documents, ALL applicants are advised to bring the requirements (hard copy) and submit directly to the ARS staff for assessment.

CAPTURED IN LENS | In line with the celebration of National Womenโ€™s Month, the Gender and Development (GAD) office champions inclusivity through creative expression activities and commends the winners of โ€œPurple Your Icon,โ€ 17 March.

During the evaluation of entries, the judges, composed of Prof. Cecile L. Lapitan, Director of Sociocultural Development Office (SDO); Dr. Marianne P. Villaruel, Director of Student and Placement Office (SPO); and Ms. Paula Erika Bacobo, technical staff from the Planning and Development Office (PDO), carefully appraise the creativity, artistic representation of the theme, and innovative expression of every unitโ€™s identity while incorporating the purple motif.

After deliberation, the Department of Research and Development (DRD) stands out among the entries and secures the top award. The College of Business and Management (CBM) claims second place, while the College of Education (CEd) places third, the National Service Training Program (NSTP) captures fourth place and the Alumni Relations Office settles for fifth place.

CAPTURED IN LENS | Aligned with International Womenโ€™s Day (8 March), Tarlac Agricultural Universityโ€™s (TAU) Gender and Development (GAD) Office leads the month-long Purple Wednesday campaign, a recurring effort to unite organizations nationwide as centers of advocacy for gender equality.ย 

On 19 March, marking the monthโ€™s third Wednesday, TAUians showcase their commitment to the empowerment of girls and women by donning purple outfits, carrying purple items, and gathering for photos, merging symbolic action with tangible steps toward equity.
